In Spring 2011, Kosart Effects Studios was hired to design and create the indigenous creatures for the short film Blood on the Plain. For budgetary reasons, artist J. Anthony Kosar did one sculpture on one life-cast, and created 3 silicone masks from the 1 sculpt. With a small team, Kosart Effects Studios did full body make-up applications on 3 actors.
