Juror Tom Francesconi (NWS, TWSA) and I at the artist's reception for the 2009 Illinois Watercolor Society's 25th Annual Open Juried Exhibition held in Dixon, Illinois on January 16th, 2009 where I received my IWS Signature Membership. My painting "The Mason" was juried into the show.
